TRX Series II Error Codes

Blocking Errors – Temporary interruptions that auto-clear when the fault condition is removed.
Examples: 110 – Supply Sensor Fault, 132 – Return Sensor Fault, 133 – DHW Sensor Fault, 108 – Pump Antifreeze Run. -
Lockout Errors – Critical issues that require manual reset via the Reset button.
Examples: 501 – Ignition Failed, 502 – Flame Lost, 103 – Overheating (>210°F), 104 – Low Water Pressure. -
Malfunction Warnings – Non-critical alerts indicating maintenance/service is required.
Examples: 201 – Flue Sensor Fault, 202 – Air Pressure Switch Error, 203 – Fan Speed Error, 204 – Gas Valve Error.
⚠️ If lockout errors occur frequently, contact a qualified service technician. For safety, the boiler allows only 5 resets within 15 minutes; a 6th attempt locks the unit until power is cycled.
