Dettson Chinook Error Codes
- 2 Flashes – Pressure switch open: Verify venting and condensate drain, check pressure switch hose for blockage or disconnection.
- 3 Flashes – Limit switch open: Possible overheating. Check airflow restrictions, dirty filters, or blower operation.
- 4 Flashes – Flame sense fault: Burner failed to ignite. Check gas supply, ignitor, or flame sensor.
- 6 Flashes – Rollout switch tripped: Check for flame rollout or blocked heat exchanger. Unit must be inspected before reset.
- Continuous Flash – Normal operation: No fault detected. Furnace is running as expected.
